With a great view of the sea, and just 100 feet away from the beach, Andréa Building is located at 3400 St., a charming, quiet and safe dead-end street, in one of the most privileged areas of the city. The beach in this region is wider and cleaner, with fine white sand, and much quieter than other crowded areas of the beach. Besides that, there are magnificent walkways with its charming kiosks, along with beautiful bike lanes, great for a walk or a ride in the morning or at the sunset. Try to imagine yourself relaxed on a chair, with your feet on the sand, feeling a pleasant breeze blowing from the sea, watching a stunning emerald green sea, blending with a blue sky and a reddish grading sun, framed by green mountains of the Atlantic Forest, and cruise ships on the horizon. On your back, happy families cycling together, people jogging, children playing outdoors, and manicured gardens, with great bars and restaurants, along with majestic skyscrapers, composing the shoreline of the tallest and safest city in Brazil. You are very welcome to Balneário Camboriú!
This property is part of our family´s history. In this place there was once a small wooden house, owned by our great-grandmother, the daughter of Austrian immigrants who chose Brazil as their new home. After some marvelous summers in this house, our father, then a small and daring real estate developer, built Andréa Building, in honor of his firstborn daughter. After that, 30 years have passed, a new generation emerged, the city expanded, and likewise, the enchantment and love for this city just grew-up as well. That small fishermen´s village, than became the beach resort of the southern region, is nowadays known as the Brazilian Dubai, attracting tourists and new admirers from all over the world. In this small and cozy building, located just 100 ft (30 mts) away of the most privileged area of the beach, our family spends summer vacations on the 3rd floor apartment, with friendly neighbors on the 2nd floor, and hosting our guests in the fully renovated Garden Apartment on the 1st floor.
