Accommodations offer: - Balcony with barbecue and beautiful view of the sea; - Air-conditioned living room with Smart TV and 300 mega Wi-Fi internet, for exclusive use; - Large and well-lit living room, integrated into the dining and kitchen space; - Kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances to prepare and serve your meals on site; - 2 bedrooms also air-conditioned, 1 suite with 2 single beds + 1 bedroom with double bed; - Both rooms have privileged views of the mountains and beach; - Service area with washing machine and iron; - Two complete bathrooms with hot shower; - 1 private covered parking space. IMPORTANT: the condominium offers beach services to condominium owners and guests during the summer season (December to March). Please read carefully: (1) Rental Hosts require a mandatory registration form to be completed outside of Booking for all guests after the reservation has been completed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10pm until 8am; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs is prohibited within the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not accommodate pets. Failure to comply with the house rules is reason to end your stay immediately and/or charge for any damages, extra cleaning and condominium fines caused by breaking these rules.
