Located 7 min walk from the beach, 15 min walk from Centrinho do Bairro and close to supermarket, restaurants and shops. The accommodations offer: Swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests; Barbecue area with bench and sink, integrated into the dining room; Dining room with 46-inch TV, integrated into the American kitchen and overlooking the pool area; - Kitchen equipped with a good variety of utensils and appliances to prepare meals on site; 4 bedrooms with 1 ceiling fan connected by remote control each. 2 queen size beds and 2 double size beds; Accommodates 2 more guests on a sofa bed in the family room, which also has space for a home office; Living room with 32-inch TV, 500 mega wifi internet. Both tvs have Roku device; 2 complete bathrooms with shower + extra washbasin with mirror in the room's circulation area; Independent service area with washing machine and iron for ironing clothes; 3 outdoor parking spaces inside the plot (fenced); All environments have ceiling fans with remote control. IMPORTANT: The hallway leading to the front door, outdoor shower and parking space are shared with another loft unit located on site.
