The condominium offers well-kept tree-lined common areas amid lush landscapes: swimming pool with views of both the bay and the mountains, coworking space, Reebok gym also with sea views and a playground for children. Furthermore, the apartment has a finely decorated space, thought out and designed down to the smallest detail to offer every comfort to our guests. Accommodations offer: - Balcony with cozy area for barbecue; - Air-conditioned living room with Smart TV and 500 mega fast wi-fi internet, for the exclusive use of guests; - Integrated living spaces, cozy and well-lit living room next to the dining and kitchen space; - Fully equipped kitchen, with stove, microwave, water filter, ceramic crockery sets, wine and champagne glasses; - Accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 suite with a queen size bed and a bedroom with a double bed; - We provide standard hotel bedding and 1 set of bath towels per guest; - 2 complete bathrooms with hot shower (gas heating); - Washing machine next to the kitchen. IMPORTANT: The communal barbecue, located in the pool area, is not available for guests' use. Please read carefully: (1) Rental Hosts require a mandatory registration form to be completed outside of Booking for all guests after the reservation has been completed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10pm until 8am; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs is prohibited within the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not accommodate pets.
