It is a penthouse on the 11th floor of a building completely independent on the 4 sides. You'll see the sun since the dawn and will watch the sun setting behind the mountains that surround the city with all its colors. From the private large terrace you see the statue of Christ in front of you. On your right you will see the Sugar Loaf mountain and to your left you see the Two Brothers peak and the islands in front of the beach of Ipanema. You may enjoy your evening sitting in your private shallow pool to enjoy your drink. In the 11th floor you will not hear noise from anywhere. You will be 150m from the most famous beach of Rio: Ipanema, 400m from Copacabana beach and 1,000m from the Lake. You will be at a distance of 200m of all types of restaurants as well as shops, banks, drugstores, etc. On Sundays you will be next to the crafts fair, and promenade in the beach front that becomes a party for skaters, musicians and cyclists. Not to mention the numerous tours to forests, waterfalls, pristine beaches, artistic monuments of 17, 18, 19 and 20 Cent. and in the bohemian Lapa. In a few hours you will be in mountain climate of 1000m high. Rio is very special in all that it offers.
