Company info

Lawyer, businesswoman and real estate consultant. We have been working for 15 years, with property rentals and sales. Caldas was acquired for family leisure, but with busy life, there is almost no time to visit, so we chose to rent it for the season to cover the costs of the apartment. Our unit is basic and comfortable, so enjoy the pools and when you return, take a nice shower and rest.

Property info

YOUR PAYMENT WILL ALWAYS BE VIA PIX, ask the administrator. Residential Flat, organized and practical. Five people comfortably, as it has a double bed, bunk bed and sofa bed in the living room with a twin bed. Practical and functional kitchen. Wall-mounted air conditioning that is very cold, a retro TV connected to an external antenna. Any problems or defects in equipment, or cleaning, must be reported at check-in, as the support team only works until 5 pm and does not work on Sundays. After payment, you will be sent a reservation authorization, read it and send it back to us. Carefully review the terms of stay, any problem or damage caused to the property, including fines for disorder, will be charged later via bank slip. Otherwise, use and keep it organized as if it were your home, we do not charge energy fees as a courtesy to guests, as in other seasonal accommodations. So, when going down to the pool, turn off the lights and air conditioning. When checking out, take out the trash, close the windows and kindly turn off everything at the clock next to the intercom. Have an excellent stay.

Neighborhood info

Flat in the Turista neighborhood, tourist center of Caldas Novas, close to Hotel Boulevard, Clube Prive de Caldas, surrounded by bakeries, supermarkets, pizzerias, burger restaurants and great restaurants. Two blocks from the trendiest Avenue in Caldas Novas. Easy exit to Rio Quente, which is just 25 km from the Flat. No need for a car, just store it in the private garage and enjoy your stay.
