Working in hospitality for over 20 years, the Avó Isaura Residential is a family-run business that values the comfort and warmth that our beloved Grandma was known for.

Cozy studios in a welcoming, family-run residential building, with a pleasant garden for relaxing, reading a book or even working (we have wi-fi throughout the building). Just 3 blocks from the beach and the center of Canasvierias - a quiet neighborhood, but with an active life and plenty of options for bars, restaurants, nightlife, supermarkets and pharmacies. It's also very close to the city's main beaches: Jurerê (12km), Brava (8km), Costão do Santinho (16km) and Santo Antônio de Lisboa (18km - one of Florianópolis' most traditional neighborhoods).
