A special space designed by interior designer Kathelen Pereira for holidays or work in a new building, thought out and designed with care to better serve our guests. The space is a beautiful studio for private use by guests, with: - 32-inch Smart TV and 100 mega Wi-Fi internet; - Entirely air-conditioned environment with powerful air conditioning; - 2 comfortable single beds that can be joined together upon request; - Dining bench that can also be used as a work surface; - Kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances to prepare and serve your meals: cooktop stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and sandwich maker; - We provide standard hotel bedding and 1 set of bath towels per guest; - 1 complete bathroom with hot shower and hairdryer; The condominium offers a washing machine for collective use (you must schedule the use of the machine with our host during your stay). The studio is on the 1st floor (one flight of stairs) and does not have an elevator. READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require a mandatory registration form to be completed outside of Booking for all guests after the reservation has been completed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10pm until 8am; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs is prohibited within the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not accommodate pets. Failure to comply with the house rules is reason to end your stay immediately and/or charge for any damages, extra cleaning and condominium fines caused by breaking these rules.
