This is a beautiful, very modern, newly built condo. Enjoy the island while living comfortably in this suite with features such as a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and laundry room all while feeling safe and secured. We are conveniently located in the Western District, within walking distance from the beach, the World Famous Fish Fry and Downtown Nassau for unlimited dining and shopping choices.
I'm a friendly, easy going person. I love meeting new people from all walks of life and hosting is the perfect way to do that.
Very safe and friendly neighborhood where you will feel comfortable and at home. We are a 10 minute walk from the main West Bay Street, where you will be able to access public transportation. However, if you wish to walk and enjoy some of the scenes at your leisure, Fish Fry is about a 15 minute walk and Downtown is about a 20 minute walk from where you will be staying. *Also, I would not suggest walking anywhere in Nassau after dark. Catch a taxi if necessary, public transportation ends at 7pm.*
