Casa Coccoloba is a duplex just 1 mile south of town. This beautiful 3 bedroom property is only 1 block away from the beach making it convenient and budget friendly. The pool is so unique and tucked away in the back of the house, so its very private for a warm day dip and is 7FT deep. This special feature is because the home was originally a scuba dive school. Outdoor seating is available for an afternoon picnicking and you are welcome to use the bikes to explore the town which is a short ride away. Concierge service is offered to our guests to help with booking excursions, golf carts massages or any other special services you need. Going on boat trips no worries, walk over to Caribbean Villas Dock which is just across the street and hop on your boat the plus to this is they have an awesome beachfront restaurant perfect for you grab breakfast before you leave. This unique home is family friendly and has a total of three bedrooms and two bath in two separate units with private entrances for your comfort. The first floor unit is a one bedroom, one bath apartment with a full kitchen and living room with a futon and plenty of seating and is stocked with all that is necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay. This apartment can sleep up to 4 persons. The second floor unit has 2 queen sized bed a tiled shower and full kitchen and living room with a futon and is stocked with what you need to enjoy and can sleep up to 6 persons comfortably. The beautiful sandy back yard, hosts a Private pool & outdoor furniture and a hammock for your enjoyment. There is a stacked washer&dryer available on site for guest use and complimentary bicycles. The roof top deck is perfect to enjoy the wonderful sunrises and sunsets and has ample seating. This home provides complete privacy for a laid back and amazing trip.

This is the perfect location since its just 1 mile south of town and one block walk from the beach. Stores and restaurants are walking distance from the house. Want to experience Belizean cultures and Food; walk to Black and White Garifuna Restaurant just down the street and learn to dance punta and enjoy their wonderful food. Belizean tacos is wonderful for breakfast and there is a stall just down the street as well. There is a resort across the street from the house that welcome our guests they have beach front access and a full restaurant and bar.
