The house is located in the wasaga beach area, which is a famous beach in Ontario and is heavily visited in the summer. The newly built community has just been handed in, but the roads in the community have not been paved, and many houses are being built nearby. Dust and sediment will be a problem for the community in the next two or three years. This suite is located in a good location, the backyard is directly facing the greenery and the small lake, so there is relatively less sand. There are 4 rooms on the 2nd floor, 2 of which are suites A and D, B and C shared washrooms, and all three washrooms have baths. On the 1st floor, enter the door and turn left to the dining room, go straight ahead to the kitchen on the left and the living room on the right. The washer dryer is on the 1.5 floor, which is half a flight up the stairs. The basement is a walkout, the whole ground level, but is not decorated, so it is not easy for visitors to enter. 5 minutes drive to the beach, 15 minutes walk to the beach.
