This property is located in a safe, quiet and friendly community close to nature, with 3 floors on about 1.3 Acre. It is around 15 minutes from Maple Ridge business center and 5 minutes from nature including many lakes and Parks, ideal for small family or a group of friends to go hiking, biking, boating or relax. This suite has been renovated last year. The Furnitures and electrical appliances, such as TV, washer, dryer, TV stand, bed frames, bed boxes, mattresses, etc., are brand new. The suite is in the semi-basement with seperate entrance and a lot of sunshine. There are 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and a sofa bed in the property, which can accommodate 6 to 7 people at a time. The approximately 1420 square feet of spacious space allows you to cook gourmet food, watch TV, read, work or chat at home. The huge backyard and amenities enable you to play basketball or badminton during your stay. The whole suite include the bedrooms, laundry room, bathroom, kitchen and Living room. Besides, the guest can enjoy the patio and back yard.
We are nice, kind and like to make friends from all over the world. Welcome to my suite and enjoy the holidays.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and surrounded by forest, song of birds and fresh air. Lakes and provincial parks are near.
