Guests have full HVAC control. The unit is entirely private, with no access to the upstairs unit. Note that there are stairs to access the lower level, so consider this if you have mobility issues. Kitchen: Well-equipped for cooking with pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, a full-sized oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Bedrooms: Double bed, hanging space, and storage drawers. Queen bed, spacious closet, dresser, and a desk. Bathroom: Includes a tub and shower. Living Room: Enjoy the comfortable sectional.
