This newly renovated downtown Vancouver furnished condo at 1010 Howe St (fortune house) is a delightful 1 bed, 1 bath, sleeps 4, is conveniently located in the heart of the city. This 531 square foot suite boasts 10-foot ceilings, In-suite Laundry, air-conditioning, and generous windows that provide ample natural light to every room. Balcony views of the cityscape. Easy-to-clean flooring through, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, sink with garburator, large refrigerator, glass stovetop with self cleaning oven, plenty of cabinet space, exercise room, storage locker and secure underground parking. The bedroom is well warmed by natural sunlight through the large windows. You are welcome to bring and small pet up to 25lbs. An unbeatable location with the famous Robson Street shopping strip, Stanley Park all within easy walking distance. The location offers easy access to public transit with a eight-minute walk to Vancouver City Centre (Canada Line), Yaletown-Roundhouse (Canada Line), and Granville (Expo Line) skytrain stations and bus routes at your doorstep.
