This is an apartment (1 of 2) in a house on one of St. John's famous jellybean rows, connected on one side. The apartment has two floors and a back deck and a backyard. The entrance is shared then branches off to two separate apartments with a long term tenant living in the apartment above.
I like to travel frequently so when I am not here I decided to share my amazing apartment with the world. I enjoy hiking, gardening, and cooking new recipes. I love good music, good coffee, and good company. I am born and raised in Newfoundland and this is my personal living quarters.
The neighbourhood is fairly quiet but you are in city centre of St. John's. The LSPU hall is a 1 minute walk. 5 mins downhill and you are connected to many cafes, restaurants and shops. 5 mins uphill and you are near Bannerman Park. 15 mins walking you are at the famous historic Signal Hill.
