While we may not always be there in person, we’ve made check-in easy and seamless with a self-service process. Rest assured, though, we’re just a message or call away! Our online reception is available from 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM to help with anything you need, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. - Daily Housekeeping - Enjoy the comfort of daily housekeeping and turndown service, keeping your room fresh and welcoming between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you’d like service, simply place the sign on your doorknob by 11am the day of. - 24/7 Snack Buffet - Although breakfast is not included, you can enjoy our 24/7 snack buffet (located on the second floor). This service is included in the price of your stay, allowing you to grab a bite any time, day or night. Important additional information: - There is an outside staircase of 9 steps to access the first floor of our hotel. - This room is located on the second floor of the building. - To access the second and third floor of the hotel there is an interior staircase (no elevator). - This room is located at the middle of the building. ** IMPORTANT ** We are a boutique hotel with self check-in.
