Welcome to this charming 4.5-room flat on the third floor. The flat has no lift, the magnificent lake view will make you forget the effort of climbing steps! As soon as you enter, you will find a spacious entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe for storing your jackets and shoes. Every room in this space faces the lake, offering an incomparable natural spectacle. The three bedrooms, two of which are spacious and one used as a study, provide comfort and flexibility for guests, with a wardrobe in each room. In the master bedroom and the living room you will find air conditioners with an exhaust hose in the window. In the two secondary rooms you have fans. The open kitchen is equipped with a large bar counter, perfect for convivial meals, as well as having everything you need for cooking. There is a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee moke. Dishwasher is not present! The cosy living room has a comfortable sofa and a table for six. You can relax in front of the 49-inch TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi included. The washing machine is located in the communal laundry room. There are no shifts, so if it is free you can use it. You have a card for doing your laundry; as for the washing powder, we ask you to get it yourself. The master bathroom is spacious and offers a bathtub and bidet for maximum comfort, while there is also a lovely additional toilet. To ensure an even more pleasant stay, we provide guests with towels and a welcome kit with soap, shampoo and make-up remover wipes! Parking in front of the house is free from 18:30 to 8:30. While from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. you have to put on a time disc and can leave your car for 1/2 hour. If, on the other hand, you would like to leave your car for longer, then you can go to the pay car park at the railway station, which is only 600 metres away. The cost for 24 hours is only CHF 6. Capolago lies on the shores of Lake Ceresio, at the foot of Monte Generoso, only 5 minutes from the centre of Mendrisio and 15 km from Lugano.
