Hotel AVA is 400 metres from Lake Sempach and 1 km from Sempach town centre. It offers a fitness room and free WiFi access throughout the hotel. Guests can relax in the elegant Birdie Bar. From the underground garage you have direct access to the hotel. The modern rooms all feature a balcony, a flat-screen satellite TV, a Nespresso coffee machine and free mineral water. The Bico Royal Residence beds with their high-quality mattresses provide superior sleeping comfort. Hotel AVA was built according to sustainability standards, using solar panels for water heating and a ventilation system for the guest rooms providing for an hourly air exchange. Meeting rooms with up-to-date equipment are available as well. Sempach Train Station is located right opposite the hotel. Lucerne is 20 km away, and it is 47 km to Zurich Airport.
