For your vacation in the center of Lugano stay in the business heart of the city in PARK 7! This cozy one bedroom apartment, located in an elegant building 10 minutes walk from the city center, is perfect for families and couples of friends. The living room consists of the TV area, with a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night, and the dining area, with a table for 4 people and the corner kitchen, complete and equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home. The living room overlooks the terrace overlooking the city streets, furnished with table and chairs: enjoy here your aperitif in the summer!  The double bedroom is bright and comfortable, also overlooking the terrace. A modern bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment. A set of towels is included in the stay for each person, along with sheets and blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Wifi is free and available to guests.  The apartment has a private parking in the condominium garage.

Nearby: The apartment is just 10 minutes’ walk away from the centre, in an area well served by cafés and restaurants. The post office and the Migros grocery store are just 5 and 7 minutes’ walk away. The Ciani park and its villa are just 5 minutes’ walk away, and you can reach the Lido di Lugano with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, beach along the lakeshore and tennis courts in 7 minutes.  How to arrive: If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS signs: in 10/15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from the Lugano station take bus n. 2 (direction Castagnola) for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at the stop "Lugano, Palazzo Congressi". Walk for about 5 minutes to reach the building.
