There’s a 150 CHF pet fee to help with extra cleaning. - Smoking: This is a non-smoking home—thanks for keeping it fresh for everyone. - Noise & Gatherings: Please be considerate of neighbors and keep things low-key, especially in the evenings. - Illegal Activities: Strictly no illegal activities of any kind.

Thoughtfully designed studio in central Nyon, maximizing storage and space efficiency. Fully equipped with modern amenities, the kitchen features a Nespresso machine, vitro-ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and essentials. Enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating and a nicely sized bathroom. The building offers two spacious communal laundries, and parking is available upon request for an extra fee, subject to availability.
