The room was neat and clean. The colors and decorations were well to the Swiss Chocolate theme. A welcome change from standard Hotel plainness. The colors were vibrant. The Location was walking distance from the train station. And it was right on the edge of Old Town. Spent a day just walking around shopping and looking for great places to eat.

On our arrival Katia was very friendly. She gave us a map and explained the layout of the immediate area. She suggested wonderful places to dine as well. She is a wonderful face for the establishment, treat her well! The cleaning staff was also pleasant and friendly.

Fantastic location near the train station and close to everything. The room is small which is to be expected by European standards, but very clean and had everything we needed. I can't imagine you can find a better deal in Zurich for that location.
