Beautiful property. Fun horseback riding and delicious dinners.

Renegade United States of America

The dining experience was the best! Gorgeous restaurant with view of the Torres, incredible staff - especially They were very accommodating with vegetarians. Several courses and a lovely atmosphere for ending the day. Breakfast was delicious too. Room was very nice, but small, in a old house with two lovely parlors. Grounds were fun to walk. Saw an armadillo and a skunk nosing under boardwalks and watched foxes, emus and guanacos from the restaurant. Extremely quiet location.

We had doubt when booking Estancia Cerro Guido, it was more expensive than the hotels we stayed in the park ($346USD vs Hotel Las Torres $329 and Hotel Rio Serrano $289), we went ahead to book it because it was the only estancia that has WIFI. We were glad to find out that Cerro Guido was a very comfortable boutique hotel. The room was much larger than the hotels in the park and on the luxury side, and WIFI was good in room. The estancia itself is a very interesting place to visit even if it is farther away from the park, we really enjoyed the free tour to learn the history of the estancia and see the ship sheering place. There are well marked signpost for hiking trails in the estancia, we hiked in the morning, unlike the busy trails in the park, there was no one in sights, only guanacos, birds, horses around us. The restaurant was great, with great view and delicious foods. The dinner was more like a fine dining experience, the portion was smaller but more delicate.

We stayed 2 nights. We had all included with breakfast, lunch, dinner and one activity of half/day per night. We could also choose one full day activity instead. The activites are all in the area of cerro guido which is private and huge. We did horse riding and trekking with different guides. Both activities were really nice. There are no activites inside the Torres del Paine national park. Cerro guido is around 45 minutes away from the entrance of the park. The staff was very kind. The food is also really nice. There is a fabulous view of Torres del Paine from the restaurant. In the lunch and dinner it is included: starter, main dish , dessert and a glass of wine. In the dinner is also included a pisco sour that it is really good. When you decide not to get lunch in the estancia, they prepare you a lunch box with a sandwich and other things, all really good Everything was amazing. You get another point of view from torres del paine that is also really nice.

Everything was amazing, from the location, the bed, the staff, the dinner and the breakfast. We should have stayed longer!
