Our home is located approximately 20 minutes (driving time) from some of the most popular beaches such as Tamarindo, Avellanas, and Playa Negra. It is a great place to stay if you wish to explore the warm Guanacaste Pacific Coast. The home has ceramic floors, ceiling fans and air conditioning is available in each room. It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine for any laundry needs during your stay. Bedroom 1 has a full size bed and Bedroom 2 has a bunkbed (twin on top and full on bottom) as well as a twin bed with an additional pullout twin available.
I am 100% Costa Rican, however, I've lived in California for 30+ years. I thoroughly enjoy my profession in beauty services and hair styling as well as latin dancing, which I do nearly every weekend. I have always loved having people in my home and would love to have the opportunity to host people who come from all walks of life. I currently am lucky to live in a spacious pool house with my partner Deivy as well as a dear friend/roommate. I will be available via msgs, however, should you need anything, Leda, who currently hosts the property will available full time.
The closest beach is Avellanas. This beach is extremely popular and is known for its surf, surf lessons and beautiful sunsets. Tamarindo beach is approximately 20 minutes away (driving). This beach is known for its nightlife, shops, restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. Monkey Jungle, which is a zip lining facility is approximately 15 minutes away (driving) If you arrive via car, we have parking available for 3 cars. Public bus routes are also available to most local beaches and to Santa Cruz which is the closest "bigger" town. Here you can find banks, grocery stores, hospitals and many more. Leda, our host, will also be happy to call a taxi for you should you need one
