I arrived a bit ealrier and was lucky since the cleaning lady was around and she was helpful and openned the door for us. Eventhough we did not notify the manager of the arrival time, the unit was ready. You better call the manager ahead of arrival time to pick up the keys since there are not enough people around for prompt assistance.
