The food was incredible and the service was fantastic
United KingdomOn arriving the receptionist greeted us and immediately our luggage was taken to our room, we had a refreshing drink on arrival which was amazing as we had a long journey. The staff are all amazing Erik made us feel so welcomed every time we had something to eat. The food is superb could not fault anything a huge congratulations to all of you that run this hotel what an amazing job you all do. The hotel is located within walking distance to a lovely town, which has shops and restaurants. I would also highly recommend a night walk with the hotel just for the experience it was amazing. Thank for looking after us while we were with you, what a great start to our adventures.
United KingdomA beautiful hotel set in the jungly hills. The staff were particularly good, very attentive and made you feel very welcome. Rooms were spacious, very clean and had lovely views. Breakfast that comes included is very nice too. We were here for our honeymoon so went for one of the more expensive hotels in Monteverde - I would say it was worth it for a special occasion.

Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning. Beautiful grounds and lots of wildlife. A group of coati came right up to our hotel room one morning and we saw monkeys another day.

Breakfasts were delicious and huge, with vegan options, and we also enjoyed lunch and dinner, prices quite steep but that's expected in a very nice hotel. staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you.

-Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 4 guests are allowed per room. Parties of 5 or more guests (adults or children) must book a second room as it is not possible to accommodate more than 4 guests in one.
-Extra Bed: Rooms accommodate a maximum of 4 people total including adults and children. One additional bed can be added to some rooms. This additional bed is added so children do not have to share a double bed. Including the additional bed, rooms are for a maximum of 4 people.
-Additional Fees: The room rate is for two people. Up to two additional guests (including children over 10) can stay in the same room for an additional charge. Additional guests pay $40 or $45 (depending on the season) per person per night. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid separately during your stay.
