We bought our property in September, 2013. Nothing here but tall grass and a MASSIVE mango tree that we instantly fell in love with! By September, 2014 we were completely built and ready to move in! 3 cabinas, pool and our home. One of our goals of moving to Costa Rica was to live a simpler life - less focus on consumerism and more on having quality time. Our cabinas reflect that goal - modern and minimalist, with quality furnishings for maximum guest comfort. We are SO lucky! We have a beautiful property, get to meet wonderful people from all over the world, and we are surrounded by lush jungles, wildlife and can jump in the ocean or a waterfall whenever the mood takes us!

Nate is an artist and loves to show his work at the art studio, and really enjoys helping guests maximize their adventure time: booking and making recommendations for tours, rental cars, etc. And he's also quite proud of the gardens and landscaping! Ben is off hiking daily with clients as he sells real estate in the area and will be sure to stop by and say hello!

We are ideally situated between the suffer village of Dominical and the more urban village of Uvita. There are a dozen beaches within a 20 minute drive, 4 amazing waterfalls, lots of great restaurants and we have a great live music scene as well. Our favorite tours include kayaking in the mangroves, paragliding, vanilla and spice plantation, snorkelling and horseback riding. There's LOTS to do! We spent our first year here with the challenge to discover a new waterfall every week! Does it get any better?
