Our apartment is located in Ca Greta, one of the most charming and well-maintained buildings in town. The entrance and courtyard are adorned with palm trees, aloe vera, and blooming bougainvilleas. This spacious one-bedroom unit is situated on the second floor and has a large living room, which together with the enclosed balcony, can serve as a storage area for sports equipment. The fiberoptics WiFi is fast and as reliable as it can be here, making this a great choice for remote work and digital nomads. It's ideal for two guests and can also comfortably accommodate a family with young children. The main bedroom is an en suite with a double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, and bedside outlets for charging phones. The bedroom also has a wardrobe, a ceiling fan, screened windows, and room-darkening curtains. The bathroom has a hot shower, a bidet shower, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a clothes iron, and a water heater. The living room has a double sofa bed and another three-place sofa. It is integrated with the kitchen and dining areas in an ample space. Screened doors and windows, ceiling fan, as well as an additional standing fan, ensure a cool breeze in the summer months. We are a family of 4 who in 2015 moved to a life over the water. We bought a sailboat, sailed away for 7 yrs while doing Airbnb aboard. In 2021 we made a land-based break in Floripa, where we renovated a colonial house and built a cabin in the woods - 2 Guest Favorites! 2025 we head back to Africa, where our story began, and will be spliting our time between the 2 coasts of the Atlantic.
