Beautiful apartment, about 550 square feet (50 square meters) in the center of Otrabanda, which is a part of our Capital Willemstad which is on the Unesco World Heritige list. This recently refurbished apartment has a very refreshing breeze and is your perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the island. Since it's in town it's on walking distance to many places. Please take note that the second bedroom is in an attic, and that you won't be able to stand up straight. The apartment is including electricity, but based on a normal usage of 8 KWH per night. (based on air conditioning usage of about 8 hours per night for the AC in the bedroom). Extra electricity can be purchased at the gas station.
My name is William. I'm married and I have 2 kids. We love traveling as a family to explore new places and meet new people. As parents of small kids most of our time goes to bringing the kids around to all types of activities such as singing and piano classes, modeling, ballet, gymnastics, judo, kickboxing and competitive swim training.
The apartment building is in Otrabanda, which is a part of our Capital Willemstad which is on the Unesco World Heritige list. It's just of the main street in an area where there are many middle class family homes. The apartment complex is very close to the newly build Corendon Hotel and the Hospital. Everything around is within walking distance.. Walking distances in minutes: A mini market - 3 A laundry service - 7 Busstop - 2 KFC - 5 ATM - 6 Rif Fort village - 15 Subway - 15 Star Bucks - 14 Gym - 5 Mambo Beach is an 11 min. drive away Easy excess to public transportation. Many things in walking distance. We can also help you arrange a car at a very competitive rate at one of our local car-rental companies
