Welcome to Athena Villa, a Four-bedroom Villa with private pool located in the quiet village of Alethriko. The villa is only a 10min drive from Larnaca airport meaning it also is a 10 min drive to the local beach and town which boasts numerous restaurants and shopping. The village itself has a local bakery, mini market and take away with local Greek kebabs on the menu. We recommend Car Hire when visiting due to being located in a picturesque village meaning public transport being very limited. The space The villa is made up of 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin rooms. Each room has a balcony. Two rooms have the view of the pool and two have scenic/mountain views (the master has the scenic view) The property has two full bathrooms (one located in the master suite) and a toilet downstairs If you are wishing to work from home there is a large dining table which can be used. The property comes with FREE WIFI and smart tv along with sky and cable channels along with all movies and series. Guest access You will have the entire villa. I do not live onsite but am happy to communicate via the app or via mobile where I will provide the number before check in. Alethriko is a quiet village located just outside of main Larnaca. It is perfectly situation 30 mins from limassol and 40 mins from ayia napa which both towns host a water park. Ten minutes from the villa is the brilliant Mazatos Camel park which is great for adults and children and in the next village to the villa is a fantastic authentic Greek taverna called CAFE AMAN which has won numerous awards. we recommend to try the traditional MEZE if there is 2 or more of you. The village itself is quiet, the villa is located on a no through road meaning there is not a lot of passing traffic and the neighborhood is very safe. The villas on the road are mixed with holiday lets and local residents. In the near by town of Anafotida there is a supermarket and a discount store along with a butcher if you are wanting to do a bbq. There is also an option of home delivery from one of the main supermarkets on the island if you are wanting this for more convenience.
