2 bedroom 1st floor apartment with front and rear balconies situated in the heart of paphos, walking distance to harbour, seafront, tomb of the kings, old town, restaurants and bars. Local bus service nearby. As you enter the apartment you have an open plan kitchen dining living area, spacious 31 foot with a vaulted ceiling and air conditioning unit in living area and both bedrooms. The bathroom is situated between the bedrooms. There is a sea view from the rear balcony and communal parking at the front.
Chris & Rachel live in England close to the Suffolk Essex border. Having had 3 children whom have all flown the nest we felt it was a good time to purchase a property in Paphos as we have previously holidayed in the area and it always felt like a home from home.   Due to working in Estate Agency for 35 years Chris immediately recognised the location of our apartment as a prime and ideal area for us to purchase our holiday home.
The apartment is ideally situated just off tomb of the kings road.  Paphos has over 400 restaurants and bars. We can provide you with some names of restaurants we have used and would recommend and have found tripadvisor to be very good on recommendations.   Food is varied, Greek, Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian, Cypriot, and good old English!! There is a shopping mall on tomb of the kings road which has a large supermarket (20min walk) plus boutique shops and many more. The apartment is within walking distance to some incredible heritage sites including the Mosaics (located at the harbour) and Tomb of the Kings (located on Tomb of the Kings road). It is just a 10 minute walk to the beach and the Lighthouse Coastal path where you can take a leisurely walk to the harbour. The recently rejuvenated Old Town of paphos is only a 10 minute walk away and there are many cafes, bars, and restaurants to choose from after browsing the Market and shops. You can take in the amazing views over Paphos from the Muse in the Old Town. Paphos has an excellent bus service running every 10 minutes in season, taking you to neighbouring villages including the beaches of Coral Bay.
