Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients.

The villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula in Southern Cyprus, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with breathtaking views.Take a deep breath and feel the ambience of this amazing villa as soon as you step inside. The villa is modernly furnished to a high standard with furnishings carefully hand-picked with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and landscaped garden. Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area which enjoys spectacular sea views along with soft furnishings, satellite TV, a DVD player and an open fireplace. The dining area seats 6 and the contemporary kitchen features all main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on the ground floor. A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double, both with en-suite shower rooms.

The charming resort of Latchi is a picturesque fishing village, well-known for its cosy harbour-side restaurants and crowd-free beaches. Popular with both tourists and locals, the area offers visitors a chance to enjoy some of the best scenery on the island. The resort lies on the North West coast of Cyprus, between Polis and the scenic Akamas National Park. The beach is more than a mile long with shallow warm waters and plenty of sun-loungers and umbrellas for hire. There are many watersports available including jet-skiing, parasailing and wakeboarding. A trip to the area isn’t complete without a visit to the Akamas National Park. The area has over 50 nature trails, ranging from gentle walks to lengthier hikes that wind through pine and juniper forests. One trail leads to the Baths of Aphrodite, where it is said the Goddess of Love used to bathe and where she met her lover, Adonis, when he stopped off for a drink while hunting. Another recommended activity whilst in Latchi is to take a trip on one of the many boat cruises that leave from the harbour daily.
