Feel like home in this renovated beach apartment! 5 min walk from the beach 10 min drive from the city centre 15 min drive from the airport (transportation possible) A huge sofa on the balcony invites you to sunbathe with seaview! On 130m² living space you will find 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, 1 fitness room, 1 fully equipped kitchen and a huge dining and living area. Inclusive: -Queensize Bed -TV -Netflix -100 MBit Highspeed Internet -Blender -BBQ Grill -Hair Dryer and much more! Your room... ... was recently renovated with a color concept in which the colors anthracite, white and gold dominate. You have a lot of space in the built-in closet, there are two bedside tables and matching decorations. The living and dining area ... ... invites you to have a cozy meal, if desired to use the table as a workplace for laptops or to watch a film on Netflix (included for free). The kitchen... ... offers you everything you need to cook or warm up your food! The balcony... ... is my personal favorite place, I love it! The extra-large sofa is ideal for sunbathing or watching the sunset in the evening. The fitness room... ... is located in the upper part of the maisonette accomodation.
It may be that I will be in the apartment when you arrive, but I am also on the road a lot. In any case, you can always reach me for questions and, if necessary, someone is available on site. I'm looking forward to seeing you!
