I'm in the tourist industry of Cyprus for over 30 years. Since June 2015, I own the Narcissos Villas, at the moment 5 villas in and 5 holiday apartments in total. We are a small family run business, professionals and specialising in villa and apartment rentals in the area of Ayia Napa and Protaras. The majority of our 2 or 3 bedroom villas are located in Cavo Greco area near by Konnos beach and all our apartments (1 or 2 bedroom) in a quiet complex 400 meters next to Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa. Our aim is to provide you personal attention, clean properties with full facilities and amenities in order to enjoy your holiday with us. Our repeat guests and the high review scores make us proud for what we are offering but at the same time we never stop improving and adding more facilities and amenities for our guests. Only 300 meters from the nearest beach, this elegant newly renovated 3 bedroom villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation with private swimming pool, sunbeds, and umbrellas. The bright modern open plan kitchen, living and dining area open out onto the swimming pool terrace next to pergola shade with outdoor dining furniture. Next to the pool and the pergola shade one can find the BBQ. The villa can easily accommodate 8 persons as on the sofa bed on the ground floor can sleep 2 persons. There is a shower and WC on the ground floor. Please note that 1-time free cleaning service and linen change is provided for a minimum of 10 nights stay. In the price of the villa includes electricity of 36 kWh per day which is enough for a normal use. Additional usage will be charged separately. For our younger guests under 25 years of age a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival either as a cash or by credit card. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection and provided there will be no damages in the villa. Parties and open gatherings not allowed.

The villa is located in a quiet area 2 Km from the Protaras center and only 1 Km from the popular Konnos Beach and the Grecian Park hotel. Fig tree bay and Sunrise beach 2 Km away. Nearest beach 300 meters. Restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance from the villa.
