The ground floor features a spacious open plan living room with modern furniture, flat screen TV, dining table, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a guest WC. At the basement level is also a washing machine and a mini fridge. Oceania is fully equipped and air-conditioned and offers private free high speed Wi-Fi internet and the outside patio area is decked and semi covered providing a comfortable sitting and sunbathing area complete with a dining table, sunbeds, parasol and a large pool. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
