Absolutely beautiful villa in a fantastic location. We have rented various villas in Cyprus and this one was by far the best. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The property was immaculate on arrival and provided beach towels, excellent barbecue facilities and the pool was wonderful. We will definitely be returning next year

-Located in the Pernera area, Villa Solebianco Protaras features a private pool with sun terrace and offers fully equipped accommodation with free WiFi. Pernera Beach is 150 meters away. -Featuring a balcony with sea and pool view, the modernly furnished villa will provide you with a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. There is a full kitchen with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and oven. Hairdryers can be found in the bedrooms. -If you feel like visiting the surroundings, check out Protaras Coastal Promenade at 200 meters, and Kalamies Beach at 600 meters. Larnaca International Airport is located 55 km from the property. Two free private, on-site parking slots are provided.

The Villa Solebianco Protaras Administrator
Being close to the beach and all resort amenities makes this 3 bedroom villa a superb holiday option for families. The ground floor consists of a comfortably furnished lounge, a twin bedroom, and a spacious kitchen which is equipped with all modern conveniences. Large windows and patio doors open out to the rear pool terrace. The other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor and share a large balcony with sea and pool view. All are comfortably and attractively furnished. Outside, the large well-landscaped garden offers a portable barbeque, sink unit and shower. The swimming pool is bordered by a spacious sunbathing terrace, equipped with sunbeds, parasols. The beach is a few meters away from the villa, where a variety of water sports can be enjoyed. Please note that Solebianco Villa Protaras is mainly a family holiday house. Parties with guests not included in the initial reservation are not permitted. Confetti and other party material are also strictly forbitten. Guests should not invite other persons during their stay.
Located on the South- East coast of Cyprus, the areas of Protaras and Ayia Napa are popular holiday destinations which boost a fabulous selection of beaches and splendid year round weather. Along the way you may be tempted to try the wide range of water sports. This area are perfect locations for Scuba diving; whether you want something beautiful like sunfish reef or something a bit more historic like the WW1 shipwreck, there are many secluded lagoons to explore. Family orientated and popular with couples, Protaras and Ayia Napa offer hundreds of establishments ranging from pubs, bars, cafes, jewellery shops and restaurants to taverns and much more.
