This luxury brand new three bedroom villa is set in a small quite complex in the Ayia Thekla - a beautiful and quiet area of popular Mediterranean holiday destination Ayia Napa. As you open the gate you will find ample of parking space and a spacious pool area in front of lovely lounge and veranda perfect for al-fresco dining. Inside, there is a large living area overlooking the pool. The living area includes setting and dining areas and the kitchen. There is one toilet with shower room and one double bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are another two bedrooms which share family bathroom and a lovely sea view balconies.
