The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa with chez long, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances. The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, a second double bedroom with en-suite shower and a twin bedroom with two large single beds which is also en-suite and includes a wooden baby crib. All bedrooms offer air-conditioning and ceiling fans for extra comfort. Villa Posidonas 3 offers a large, tiled, overflow pool and a covered outside patio area fully equipped with a comfortable rattan sofa set, outside dinning table, excellent BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount. No parties or celebrations of any kind are allowed.

Within a 300 metre radius you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beach and much more. There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Within 2-5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
