Lock the entrance door. . No smoking (fine: 100 EUR). . No parties (fine: 500 EUR). . No pets allowed (except Cozy House Jesenice) (penalty: 200 EUR). . Only registered guests allowed (fine: 100 EUR/day per unregistered guest). . Turn off lights when not needed. . Set AC temperature above 18°C and close doors/windows (if A/C is provided according amenities) . No unauthorized recordings or photos (fine: 10,000 EUR). . Return keys to the keybox. . Late check-out until 1 PM/early check-in from 1 PM possible (fees apply). . Full room rate charged for late check-out past 11 AM. . Check-in: after 3 PM (4 PM in Serenity Villa + Cozy House). Check-out: before 11 AM. . In the case of a stay from 11:00 a.m onwards at the time of check out, the guest will be charged a fine of EUR 100 for each hour started.
