Apartments are fully online, with AC, and fully-equipped kitchens. Independent parking is close by. These apartments operate entirely online, eliminating the need for a physical reception area. Once all the necessary guest information is provided in compliance with Czech law, along with the completion of the payment process, access codes to the apartments will be send via email shortly before the scheduled arrival.

These apartments are fully online with no Reception. You will receive a link to fill in personal details for all in your reservation then receive a code for the apartment after payment. The alternative is to visit our central Reception at the Hotel "Palác U Kočků" which is 1 minute away on foot. For transport needs or parking please contact us on booking@pragueresidences.com. Please note that there is are a few stairs on the way to the lift.

Daily cleaning is not provided. We offer additional cleaning only for stays 4 nights or longer.

The central Reception and check-in location is at Jilska 9, Prague 1.
