The approx. 55 sqm large, tastefully furnished, centrally heated non-smoking apartment with separate entrance has a living room (upholstered suite, flat screen TV, radio, wood-burning stove incl. wood), a large kitchen with dining area (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (shower, toilet, switchable electric heating) and a small hallway. A further bedroom (1 single bed) is accessible via a staircase (NO CHILDREN'S SAFETY!) Furthermore, a furnished, covered terrace with barbecue, parking lot, bicycle storage facilities and, by arrangement, a boat (for a fee) are available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, electricity and water. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Boat (if desired) 20 EUR/day. Pets are not allowed in this property.
