Our 172 sqm Maisonette Suite with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate kitchen on the ground floor has been furnished to our highest standards. The Suite features a fully equipped separate kitchen with adjoining living area. Thereby a small lounge area with two sofas and armchairs as well as a modern smart TV provides additional comfort. The first two bedrooms can accommodate four people in each of the comfortable box spring beds (1.60 m each). In the third bedroom, two people can also sleep on a box spring bed (1.60 m). One of the bedrooms even has its own bathroom, which can only be reached through the room. The second bathroom, on the other hand, with its large shower, makes you feel right at home. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in your own washing machine in the apartment. A special highlight is the private book collection below the gallery and the billiard table on the upper floor, which provides for fun game evenings. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us.

Our apartment is only about 15 minutes walk from the S-Bahn station "Treptower Park". In the surrounding area you will find numerous restaurants as well as shopping facilities. Berlin's main train station can be reached by train in 30 minutes.
