Vacation home „Dani am See“, a newly constructed, timber studded single family house was built in accordance with legal building biology regulatory requirements. It provides a beautiful single- room vacation apartment of 45 square metres for a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Your apartment has a separate side entrance of 6.5 square metres with vestibule and astoreage room. It is situated in a 10 minutes walking distance to the city light-rail stop in Remseck. The neighbourhood is very quiet, the house is off the street in second building range next to the natural reserve „Rems River“ and the 76 kilometres long quaint „Remstal-Radweg“ bikeway. It is ideal for commuters, business travellers. interns as well as tourists. You will find a house here, that is very comfortable, and that you will feel homey with immediately. In front of the entrance door you will find a sunny patio, which you may use to take a sunbath or to air and dry clothes. You will feel „at home“ right away in this exclusively equipped and fully furnished vacation apartment. The apartment faces the south, which means that you can catch the sunrays until the last minutes of a day.

Vacation home „Dani am See“ consists of a separate entrance to the „Studio“ with vestibule and adjoint storeage room, and the apartment itself, which offers a generously sized , light-flooded living/sleeping area of 26 square metres. There is a parking lot for your car or motorcycle, covered lockable parking for bicycles, and a charging point for electric bikes available for our guests. Children are explicitly permitted to play on the forecourt, and our guests may use the lovingly created space hidden behind bamboo, which prevents being seen, next to their entrance door, Here you can relax, enjoy the evening sun, and dry laundry in the summer. The Neighbourhood The house is ideal for business travellers, students, and interns because there are many international companies like Bosch, Mercedes Benz, Porsche situated in the Stuttgart area. They can be reached easily with public transportation. Near the house is where the 76 kilometres long bicycle path „Remstal Radweg“ begins. It is also a hiking path that starts in Neckarrems and ends in Essingen/Aalen. Hikers prefer to use the path along the „Schwarze Rems“, which is much more scenic and free from cyclists. The location of the property is simply beautiful. Where the „Rems“ river meets the „Neckar“ river, the „Neckartal-Radweg“ goes past. No matter if you decide to go on an excursion boat of the „Neckarschifffahrt“ or if you like to visit one of the many cultural or arts institutions in Stuttgart, everything can be reached within a few minutes.
