ATTENTION ! loft conversion with low ceiling height in the sleeping level. This chic loft studio was built in a former vaulted cellar and combines elegant style with the wonderful feeling of home. The 36m² apartment has been furnished to a high standard with everything your heart desires: cozy living area (which can accommodate a 3rd guest if needed), smart TV, comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with induction stove, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine at your disposal. In addition, a walk-in closet has also been installed with the custom-made mezzanine, rounding out this exclusive downtown gem. The bathroom has been freshly renovated and equipped with a wellness shower, so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxing start to the day. The location of the apartment is also ideal: walking distance to the city center, the market square or the Kurhaus/Staatstheater. RMCC and train station are also in the immediate vicinity.
