A smoke-free and well-maintained “studio apartment” measuring approximately 20 m². We write "NON-SMOKER" big, Check-in: only for “non-smoking people” without pets. We cannot accommodate sick people, etc., fitters/workers, hourly/commercial use, long-term/temporary rentals, etc. In the event of non-compliance, smokers will not be admitted out of consideration for non-smoking guests and the price for at least 1 night will be charged as a cancellation fee. All "NON SMOKERS" and we, thank you for your understanding. It is fully furnished, fitted kitchen* and with 2 DTV stars, once again the only private one in Leonberg. Unfortunately we cannot offer meals. You can get almost everything in our local area, so there's no disadvantage for you! The "studio apartment" is an alternative to the hotel etc. Advantage: entire accommodation with bathroom + free fiber optic WiFi, just for you. Highlights: Fitted kitchen*, shower bath (no washing machine!) no carpets, private parking space for cars on site. Ideal for business trips, secondments/internships.
