The accommodation is on a four-sided farm, which was used for agriculture until 1992. The apartment building, built in 1972, is now the holiday home. This is spread over both floors. In the basement you will find a shower with sink and toilet, a living room with a dining table for 6 people, a kitchen with a dining table for 4 people and a large living room/bedroom with two single beds, double sofa bed, chest of drawers, TV cabinet and satellite TV . On the upper floor, the hallway leads into a passage room with a bunk bed for 2 adults, satellite TV and a wardrobe with a built-in safe. Next to it you will find another room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table with 2 chairs and satellite TV. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bathtub, sink and toilet. For small children there are 2 cots, steps for the sink, toilet seat and two high chairs. All windows are equipped with blackout curtains, roller blinds and fly screens. The bathrooms are tiled, the floor covering in the living room is marble, there is vinyl flooring in the kitchen and all other rooms have oak parquet floors. Free internet with up to 100 Mbit/s is provided throughout the property via WLAN 6 routers. In the yard there is a cozy seating area with a dining table and chairs for 8 people. A charcoal grill and barbecue utensils are also available. There is also dry storage space for 8 bicycles and charging facilities for e-bikes on our farm.

The accommodation is located west of Leipzig, just 12 km from the market square and only 8 km from the A9 exit Leipzig West/Merseburg, where the large "Nova Eventis" shopping center invites you to shop and linger or you can visit the climbing park and "Das Crazy House" (180 degree flipped single family house) visited. The "Leipzig Zoo" and the "Belantis Leisure Park" can also be reached by car in just 20 minutes. You can reach these destinations directly from the apartment by bus. There are various lakes in the area (Kulkwitzer See is only 1.5 km away) with a wide range of water sports. Leipzig and the surrounding area can also be explored in a relaxed manner by bike. In the immediate vicinity is the horse farm Jäger. The owner Kathrin Jäger offers, among other things, children's riding in the area or on the riding arena. Next to the post mill, which was only restored a few years ago, there is a nice playground for the little ones and next to it a football field for the older ones. The post mill is open to the public every first Sunday in summer. In Lindennaundorf there is also a small apiary and in the neighboring village there is a farm with a farm shop.
