Look forward to a vacation in our modern vacation apartment. You will stay in a new building, very well equipped and awarded with 5 stars by the German Tourism Association. The accommodation offers you accessibility on the first floor from the private parking space in front of your own entrance door, to the ground level rain shower to your own terrace and is therefore ideally suited for families with baby, for children, but also for seniors or for people with walking disabilities and especially for dogs. Enjoy the over 100sqm spacious living ambience and relax with a Physiotherm infrared sauna. The modern underfloor heating cools on hot days and warms pleasantly on cold days. Electric Venetian blinds and roller shutters, extra-wide doors and biomineral plaster ensure comfortable and healthy living. Seating and barbecue are available on the large sun terrace. An e-charging station is available for electric cars. You sleep comfortably. The first bedroom with very large 200 x 200 cm king-size box-spring bed is quiet and sound-optimized. The second bedroom is equipped with a large 180 x 200 cm bed, another shower and infrared sauna. In case of occupancy with more than 2 persons, the first bedroom is used as a passage to the second bedroom. Also, several baby cribs are available upon request. Pets are available upon request. Usually there is an extra charge of 30 EUR per pet per stay.
Welcome and thank you for your interest in our special vacation apartment. We are the family Kastor-Böttcher and would like to inspire our guests with our modern and great equipped vacation apartment in the middle of a beautiful landscape. Our home as well as we (approx. from 2. minute) are presented in a great contribution of the SWR, which is to be found with the search terms SWR and Treis fast in the Internet. With pleasure we also welcome and inspire you in Treis-Karden at the Mosel.
The holiday flat is centrally located in the beautiful market square of Treis-Karden. A bakery is right across the street. The family-owned hairdresser is next door. A wide range of gastronomy is within walking distance. The open-air swimming pool, doctor, vet, pharmacy and Treis castle are just one street away. A shopping centre as well as a DIY store can be reached in approx. 500m. We recommend the cycle path to Cochem (12 km) as well as the hiking trails to the Kompuskopf and Eltz Castle. The marina and children's playground are right on the Moselle promenade. For sightseeing, Cochem (12 km) with shops also open on Sundays, the Reichsburg and the Bundesbank bunker are especially recommended. A highlight of the region is also the hanging rope bridge Geierlay in Mörsdorf (10 km) and the wildlife and leisure park in Klotten (13 km).
