This new spacious flat is located in a brand new apartment building, which was built in 2022. The flat is very new, modernly furnished and spacious (The total area of the apartment is 106 square meters). As the property is located directly in the campus, the environment is very quiet and safe. Guests are also provided with a free underground parkinglot (when available) and a playground for children. The bus stop of the bus heading to the main train station of Dresden is within a 5-minute walk reachable. The single room is about 14 square metres large and is furnished with a wardrobe, a working table and a book schelf. The double room is about 18 square metres large and is furnished with a large wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers. In addition, a bathroom with shower cubicle, a bright living room, a modern kitchen and a balcony are available to guests as public areas. - Private for the guests: a cozy double room - Public areas(if there are other guests): hallway, the bathroom with shower cabinet, living room, kitchen, balcony, washing machine 1. Prohibition: smoking inside the whole apartment, any kinds of pet. 2. Guests should check-in the apartment by themselves. The guests will get the exact information and instructions for check-in directly from the host at during the booking process. Upon check-out the keys should be left behind in the very booked room.
