This stylish flat for 4 people in the heart of the Harz Mountains, in Goslar Oker, primarily accommodates business travellers, temporary workers and fitters, but also warmly invites private travellers and tourists to feel at home here. ➙Single beds 90x200 cm ➙Fully equipped kitchenette ➙Washing machine ➙Smart TV ➙Very good transport connections (B6, B498 and A369) ➙Goslar 10min, Bad Harzburg 8min, Vienenburg 12min, Altenau 18min ➙Diverse supermarkets, pharmacies and a petrol station are in the immediate vicinity ➙500 Mbit/s WIFI ➙Free parking in front of the door ➙Professional cleaning service ➙Hand and shower towels are not provided The 50m² flat has been newly renovated and is fully furnished. It is located in the very central Goslar Oker with very good transport connections and a perfect starting point for various shopping and activities such as hiking and cycling tours right on the doorstep. The bedrooms each have two comfortable single beds (90x200 cm) with pocket spring mattresses for even pressure distribution and a slatted frame with comfort zones that adjust to the body weight. Each guest also has their own wardrobe. The kitchen consists of a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need. Shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are provided. Please note that hand and shower towels are not provided. A washing machine is available in the accommodation free of charge. A 500 Mbit/s high-speed WIFI invites you to switch off after a busy day.

Neighbourhood information

Oker is divided into two unofficial parts: Oberoker lies south of the railway line, Unteroker north of it. The district offers many municipal facilities such as an open-air swimming pool, skating rink, gymnasiums, football pitches, railway station, post office, youth centre and community centre, primary school, secondary school, integrated comprehensive school and kindergarten. Despite its industrial past, Oker is also a district close to nature: in a very dense area, there are not only industrial areas and heavy metal flora, but also large wooded areas, agriculture, river landscapes and, of course, the wild and romantic Oker Valley with its cliff and rock landscape.
