The apartment is spacious. With a large kitchen, spacious living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 terraces. A place where you can socialize together, but where there is also room to find your own peace. On nice days you can walk down the street to grab a terrace at the lake and watch the water skiers on the lake. There is a large playing field with play equipment. For young people there is a football field, basketball court and beach volleyball. In the summer you can take a dip in the Hillebachsee and cool off in a closed off part of the lake. You can also make beautiful walks from the apartment. A tough climb to the Hochheide and recover in the Hochheidhütte. Or one of the other many walks in the area. The accommodation is in a wonderful place to enjoy the possibilities of the Sauerland all seasons of the year!

We are Jaap and Esther Calkhoven and together with our parents, Chris and Nelly Lindhout, we bought our apartment in Niedersfeld in 2016. A wonderful apartment, where you can enjoy the beautiful Sauerland in all seasons. We ourselves live in the Netherlands. We have a sweet and nice hostess who will welcome you.

There is plenty to do in and near Niedersfeld. You will find a go-kart track, Adventuregolf in Hildfeld, the Hillebachsee, many walks and mountain bike trails. In winter there is a ski slope and a toboggan run, if there is snow. In addition, there are several restaurants, an Imbiss, a bakery with Konditorei, a supermarket, a butcher and a bank with an ATM. In Winterberg you can shop or enjoy the many cozy restaurants and cafes. There are several ski areas, many snow cannons and several slopes are even open on some evenings. There is also a wide choice of beautiful tours for cross-country skiers. You will also find a world-famous bobsleigh track, an indoor skating rink, a swimming pool, a summer toboggan run and much more. Outside of winter, there are also many opportunities to enjoy yourself in the Winterberg area. Think of the second largest zipline Astenkick in Altastenberg. Or the Erlebnispark in Winterberg with all kinds of options to entertain you. In addition to the above, there is much more to experience for children. For example, the stalactite caves in Attendorf, the Fort Fun amusement park in Bestwig, or the mine in Ramsbeck. Niedersfeld is a perfect environment for hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers, motorcyclists and winter sports enthusiasts. Young and old, in summer, autumn, winter and spring.
