This spacious, bright duplex apartment offers everything to make you feel at home. Apple TV 4K, Xbox One as 3D-BluRay-Player and Sony Sound System), an Bowers&Wilkins Sound system and Apple HomePods. The dining area seats up to 6 people. Behind the living room is a special place, the sunroom, which offers a unique view into the greenery outside. The kitchen comes fully equipped (oven with ceramic stove top, fridge, freezer, coffee machines, electric kettle, blender, toaster, pans, dishes and dish washer). A bath room with shower and the cozy guest room with an extendable day bed (160 x 200 cm) with a thick mattress (25cm) and a huge wardrobe is also on the floor. On the second floor is the master bed room with a comfortable designer kingsize bed (200 x 200 cm) with an extra thick mattress (30cm) for the ultimate sleeping experience.
